Mentor Coaching is offered to individuals who are getting ready to apply for or renew their ACC credential or to obtain their PCC credential with the International Coach Federation.  Hiring a Mentor Coach for 10 hours of coaching is a requirement for those individuals on the ACSTH or the Portfolio paths towards their first ICF credential.

Wendy is a CMC (Certified Mentor Coach) and offers a safe and confidential space for her clients to explore and further develop their coaching competencies.  She is known as an experienced, capable, empathic mentor coach.  She and each Coach Mentee set the agenda together and she provides valuable feedback and insight on their journey towards obtaining or renewing credentials.

No matter where in the world the individuals lives, Wendy’s mentor coaching is conducted by phone or on the Zoom platform and includes 10 hours over three months with an agenda in keeping with the ICF guidelines.  Clients develop  increased confidence and specific feedback as they work to obtain their ICF credentials.
