11 THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN TIMES ARE TOUGH

I honestly cannot recall where I read this, but what I do recall is that it really struck me as so very true.

 It’s titled: 11 things to remember when times are tough.It’s helped me through more than one occasion over the past few years, and so in this posting I’m simply re-typing what I hope will be helpful to some of you as it has been for me.

  1. EVERYTHING CAN AND WILL CHANGE
  2. YOU’VE OVER COME CHALLENGES BEFORE
  3. IT’S A LEARNING EXPERIENCE
  4. NOT GETTING WHAT YOU WANT CAN BE A BLESSING
  5. ALLOW YOURSELF TO HAVE SOME FUN
  6. BEING KIND TO YOURSELF IS THE BEST MEDICINE
  7. OTHER PEOPLE’S NEGATIVITY ISN’T WORTH WORRYING ABOUT
  8. YOU HAVE LOTS OF STRENGTHS
  9. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
  10. GREAT THINGS TAKE TIME
  11. THERE IS ALWAYS, ALWAYS SOMETHING TO BE THANKFUL FOR
