11 THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN TIMES ARE TOUGH
I honestly cannot recall where I read this, but what I do recall is that it really struck me as so very true.
It’s titled: 11 things to remember when times are tough.It’s helped me through more than one occasion over the past few years, and so in this posting I’m simply re-typing what I hope will be helpful to some of you as it has been for me.

- YOU’VE OVER COME CHALLENGES BEFORE
- IT’S A LEARNING EXPERIENCE
- NOT GETTING WHAT YOU WANT CAN BE A BLESSING
- ALLOW YOURSELF TO HAVE SOME FUN
- BEING KIND TO YOURSELF IS THE BEST MEDICINE
- OTHER PEOPLE’S NEGATIVITY ISN’T WORTH WORRYING ABOUT
- YOU HAVE LOTS OF STRENGTHS
- ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
- GREAT THINGS TAKE TIME
- THERE IS ALWAYS, ALWAYS SOMETHING TO BE THANKFUL FOR
